TeleDermatology and complimentary courier of medicine remains the default for all our non urgent dermatology consults. Urgent dermatology cases such as the following have to be seen in person and will be scheduled accordingly. These include blistering conditions, extensive >10% BSA involvement, drug allergies, severe infections, skin cancers and treatment procedures (non-cosmetic) will be scheduled for a physical consultation. We seek your understanding in keeping our nation safe.
All aesthetic dermatology services like botox, peels, lights and lasers will resume as of 19 Jun 2020 onwards – slots are available by booking only, no walk-in’s. Contactless payment remains the default and complimentary shipping of prescriptions available. For your safety, all medical staff wear the N95 mask and an eye shield for procedures, whereby we come within 1 meter distance of the patient. Our treatment rooms are sterilised by medical UVC lamps in between patients. Surgical masks are worn by default for other encounters like reception area.

Fully accredited Specialist Skin TeleDermatology services, via virtual consultation with our accredited dermatologist are available as of 1st February 2020. Teledermatology is used for both our medical and aesthetic dermatology patients. The teledermatology setup is linked with our specialist online pharmacy Dr.TWL Pharmacy arm, with full details here for home based skin and hair aesthetic treatments as well as prescriptive cosmeceuticals tailored time specific skin concerns such as pigmentation, oily acne prone skin, sensitive skin and eczema. Delivery to doorstep fulfilment of prescriptions available for local and international patients.

1. Book an electronic Specialist Skin Consultation appointment via our online booking system or call 63550522. Key in a valid email address and phone number which will be the main form of correspondence. You will receive a confirmation of the appointment within 1 working day.
2. A Payment Link to be completed for First Consultation/Subsequent Consultation Fees before commencement of consultation.
3. A Post-Payment Secure Process will be communicated to you via email for the subsequent steps which will involve the following:
Filling up of 3 single page forms, submission of required images at least 2 hours before scheduled consultation time with our dermatologist*, a fully encrypted video call saved on our secure patient data base will be conducted. Subsequent fulfilment of prescription is done by our in-house pharmacy with full courier services to your home.

This service is an extension of care by TWL Specialist Skin & Laser Centre, a MOH accredited dermatologist practice, for patients who may not be able to make it personally for an appointment. Kindly note there may be some specific dermatology conditions that require in-person actual review, which the dermatologist will specify after the Tele-dermatology consultation.
First Time Consultation: $150 (excl. gst)
Subsequent Consultation: $120 (excl. gst)
Standard consultation time of 15mins – extended charges may apply in case of longer or complex cases.
Consultation charges are applicable for both inpatient and teledermatology appointments
